This kit is curated with the intention of supporting your body’s physical wellness and overall vitality. A combination of carnelian, crazy lace agate, and dragon’s blood jasper is a grounding and activating synergy that, when combined, supports all your subtle energy bodies physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The second variation includes my all-time fave health stone, shungite, which contains Nobel Award winning for its discovery: fullerenes!

Crazy Lace Agate : balances your body’s lows and highs. It also activated humor, providing a boost for more hearty laughter, and comprehension of the possibilities in front of you. Great for use in an elixir to help with skin conditions!

Carnelian : helps to detox your body (from alcohol, drugs, or other toxins — hi #soberoctober), assists you in breaking negative or hurtful physical habits, and is known throughout history to improve overall health. I love drinking my water or tea with a chunk of carnelian to boost my system. Water, and its atomic structure, harmonizes with crystalline resonance because of their atomic structure, that your body, being mostly water, synchronizes so well with crystal water elixirs! (PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ABOUT OTHER CRYSTALS THAT ARE WATER SAFE) carnelian is generally water safe.

Dragon’s Blood Jasper : I included this specifically for emotional support for assuaging fear or worry. It lifts your spirits (aka emotions) and provides a grounding base to reassure your fortitude. Stimulates recovery and regeneration, and strengthens the immune system.

Shungite has been known for centuries as a healing stone. Czar Peter would have his armies recover in the hot springs in shungite deposits. In the late 80s, the team of scientists who discovered that shungite is a new, separate form of carbon (graphite, diamond, coal, and now this!) known as fullerenes were awarded the Nobel Prize. I’ve drank all my water with shungite for the last 6 years. I’ve seen miraculous and astonishing healing with this stone personally. Fullerenes are a powerful anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatories, it contains anti-bacterial properties as well! Most shungite can act as a water filter as well.
